Description

Quach Gia Khang was arrested in March 2025 and charged under Article 109 for “conducting activities aimed at overthrowing the people’s administration” for promoting the agenda of the oveseas-based Assembly for Democracy and Pluralism via social media. The police also accused him of drafting and distributing articles for the Assembly for Democracy and Pluralism.
