According to State media, Le Thi Thu Tram was caught by Son Hoa district police in Phu Yen province in front of the headquarters of the People's Committee of Son Nguyen commune while delivering two drives with documents containing anti-state material and insults. Police also searched her car and home, seizing another 73 documents, two phones, four safes, and many other items allegedly related to her criminal activities.
